De Cecco makes pasta with the same recipe and 

passion for over 125 years because:

  • The semolina from the De Cecco Mill is more pure as it is created from the heart of the grain, the most delicious and richest part.

  • De Cecco semolina has a larger grain to preserve the integrity of the gluten and the heart of the grain.

  • It is mixed with cold water from their spring to guarantee a sweeter flavor and a better preservation during cooking

  • De Cecco uses cutting edge technology often defined as "soft" because it respects the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of the ingredients and the final product.
